美消防协会：气溶胶喷雾器无法取代灭火器

【慧聪消防网】根据 consumerreports.org 2010年4月7日的消息，美国消防协会经过测试发现，超市销售的供家庭使用的气溶胶灭火喷雾器会引发油脂爆炸，这种灭火喷雾可能导致火灾的蔓延或者促使使用者放弃喷射，导致严重后果。气溶胶灭火喷雾器还远远不能取代家庭灭火器。美国消防协会还建议应该在住宅以及车库的不同位置放置多用途的灭火器，同时要在厨房和汽车中配备较小的辅助性的灭火器。

你也许会购买那些在超市出售的气溶胶灭火喷雾器，但这样做可能仅仅给你一个虚假的安全感。尽管他们在不断宣称，但是气溶胶灭火喷雾器还远远不能取代家庭灭火器。

不像我们测试的灭火器，气溶胶喷雾器没有显示压力的指示器来指示该喷雾器是否已经准备就绪。正如我们在《消费者报告》杂志5月刊中报道的那样，家庭火灾往往不可预测，并且可能是致命的。这就是为什么你需要家中不同高度的位置和车库中分别放置一个多功能灭火器，同时要在厨房和汽车中配备较小的辅助性的灭火器。

我们测试了13个灭火器和2个灭火喷雾器。无论你购买的是哪种灭火器，一定要保证其压力指示器显示的是“满”，并且它是在过去一年以内生产的。美国消防协会建议那些使用后就废弃的干粉灭火器应该在生产12年之后进行处理。因此，当购买一个灭火器时仔细阅读标签是十分重要的。

美国消防协会推荐在使用灭火器时要牢记“PASS”原则。这个原则的含义是：

1.拉开插销。握住灭火器并且要将喷嘴指向远离你的方向，并打开压把。

2.瞄准位置要低。将灭火器瞄准火焰根部。

3.缓慢而且均匀地挤压杠杆。
